About Jeanine
Jeanine Gray is the founder and CEO of WayMaker Learning Studio — and she has spent her entire career proving that the right words at the right moment change everything.
Her qualifications span two decades: nearly 18 years in corporate leadership, a B.S. in Human Services, an A.S. in Early Childhood Education, five coaching certifications, a USF AI Prompting digital badge, and an active Voltage Control Core Facilitation Certification. She currently teaches professional English to 21 international students on Preply and serves adult learners at Daytona State College.
But what truly sets Jeanine apart is not her résumé. It is her philosophy. Every lesson she builds is rooted in neuroscience, powered by cultural personalization, and designed to do one thing: help professionals walk into any room — in any language — and belong there.
